Peak Motion Physical Therapy COVID-19 Policy
UPDATED February 18, 2022: Peak Motion Physical Therapy is currently open for business as usual. Our hours are:
Monday – Thursday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, we are currently following COVID-19 recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the New Mexico Department of Health. We will also comply with any closures as directed by the President of the United States and/or the Governor of New Mexico. To further ensure the safety of our patients and staff, we are:
- Screening all patients and staff for COVID-19 exposure.
- Optional requirement for all patients and staff to wear PPE, or face coverings.
- Sterilizing all clinic surfaces and equipment throughout the day.
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, if you have been exposed to COVID-19, or you have a medical issue that causes you to be compromised, please call before coming to the clinic and we can reschedule your appointment for a later date.
We will continue to follow all guidance related to the ever-changing COVID-19 environment and we will update information on our website to keep everyone informed regarding our clinic operations.
