Katherine Lloyd, Occupational Therapist

Katherine returned to New Mexico with her family in 2022 after nearly twenty years of living in places that don’t serve green chile. She became interested in the field of occupational therapy after working with amputees in a prosthetics clinic for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Katherine is a graduate of Howard University’s Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in Washington, DC. With experience in a variety of settings helping both children and adults regain functional independence with their activities of daily living, her passion lies in treating the upper extremity. Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, skiing, hiking, and watching baseball.

Monique Lopez, Occupational Therapist

Monique was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM and graduated from New Mexico State University with her BS in Kinesiology. Through volunteering, she discovered her love for occupational therapy and helping others achieve independence in their everyday lives. She has spent the last few years living in Austin, TX, where she earned her Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Monique has worked in various settings including pediatrics, home health, outpatient, aquatics, and equine-assisted therapy.

Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, working out, and exploring local coffee shops.
