Katherine Lloyd, Occupational Therapist
Katherine returned to New Mexico with her family in 2022 after nearly twenty years of living in places that don’t serve green chile. She became interested in the field of occupational therapy after working with amputees in a prosthetics clinic for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Katherine is a graduate of Howard University’s Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in Washington, DC. With experience in a variety of settings helping both children and adults regain functional independence with their activities of daily living, her passion lies in treating the upper extremity. Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, skiing, hiking, and watching baseball.
Rashmi Chhabra, Occupational Therapist
Rashmi moved to New Mexico, the “Land of Enchantment,” a few years ago, just before the COVID pandemic. She completed her first undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Biology in India and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from The City University of New York, NY. Rashmi has a heart for healing and a goal to assist others in improving their health and well-being through skilled Occupational Therapy interventions. In New York, she had the pleasure of working in a wide range of settings, from skilled nursing homes to schools. She also had the opportunity to work with various age groups. Working in these settings allowed her to help change the lives of people and families from all cultural backgrounds affected by disabilities, chronic illnesses, and acute illnesses. Rashmi loves to spend quality time with her family, friends, and her puppy, Ari. She also enjoys hiking, cooking, and Indian folk dancing. She is also bilingual , fluent in Hindi.
